@TheAbbott1000 depends where you live...I don't live in LA but I live in Tampa and there are bad parts but I live in the perfect area where everything you described we have.
@Ishbu101 Yeah, a lot of 'no crime', 'no traffic', 'low cost of living', 'very high standard of living', "great restaurants', 'great museums', "no shoulder to shoulder people", yeah, right, your way of living is MUCH better. LOL
subscribe 2us, also google chicago readers, something rotten in ford heights, floyd bryant, help us share his story with the world, movie is in the work..
Anybody who would want to live in a big city like this is stupid. Give me the country ANYDAY. We have all that you could possibly want AND no traffic jams.
God loves you. All who believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for their sins, was buried and rose again on the 3rd day will have eternal life in Heaven. Call upon the Lord Jesus Christ, and believe on Jesus Christ, and you will be saved. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved," - Acts 16:31
@viminale Sometimes where we are born and raised is not where we are meant to be all of our lives. Maybe this person who lives in England truly doesn't like it there and is meant to be in California, but that's for them to decide. Maybe you'd fit in better in England. Different strokes for different folks.
@waveysoap Most of America is not like L.A., you must realize. I live in the Chicago area, and L.A. is like a different world as soon as I walk off the plane. I have been to England, and loved it. You feel that way because we become too accustomed to where we live, and think that places we visit are better. You know, "The grass is always greener " syndrome. I say visit and enjoy countries and cities other than your own, but never stop appreciatting where you're from.
i was in La 1999 backpacking staying right opp. the chinese cinema at west hollywood, that was a scary place. someone told me from there to beverley hills just 2 blocks away so i decided to walk , guess what it takes me 1/2 day walking to get there. 1 block is like few miles there. america is a gigantic city everything is gigantic. i was like a villager from sydney.
If you want to see the MOST expensive CARS just go To Hollywood
ReplyDeleteTampa is still a big city. No thank you.

ReplyDeleteI love LA! Wouldn't want to live there, but love visiting.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea but I wish you just left the camera on the dashboard instead of whirling it around all the time. It made me feel sick.
