Wizards of Waverly Place is a television series production of the Disney Channel Original that started airing on October 12, 2007. The series won the award "Outstanding Children's Program" at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards in 2009. The series is created by Todd J. Greenwald, and starring Selena Gomez, David Henrie and Jake T. Austin as three brothers with magical abilities who compete to win and inherit magic power of the family. other players who participated, among others, Jennifer Stone, Maria Canals Barrera and David DeLuise. Starting in June 2010, the Disney Channel show which is also his fourth season will be the last season of this series.
